Multi day yesterday
In between clients,
Always in movement at Rumah Yoga Amsterdam. Practicing basic ground work of Pencak Silat 🙏🏼
In this zoom meeting we’ve practice again the first two parts of empty hand and the “Golok”.
The 3rd part was the “Toya”.
Again after a massage client, straight to Pencak Silat. This time not with my broken Golok, but with a gong stick 😅
