Сегодня день борьбы за равноправие. В разных странах этот день отмечают по разному: кто-то выходит на демонстрации, кто-то получает цветы, а для кого-то это обычный день. Где бы вы не находились и как бы не праздновали этот день, давайте не забывать, что для нас, для женщин, сегодняшний день исторически важен. Я желаю всем нам, девочки, быть любимыми, счастливыми и жить в гармонии.

Today is the day of the fight for equality.  In different countries, this day is celebrated in different ways: someone goes to demonstrations, someone receives flowers, and for someone, it is an ordinary day.  Wherever you are and no matter how you celebrate this day, let's not forget that for us, for women, today is a historically important day. I wish all of us girls to be loved, happy, and live in harmony.

WAAROM NAGELS MOETEN DUUR ZIJN 💵

Nagels en alle uiterlijke verzorging zijn geen basis behoefte van een mens. Maar sommige stylisten schamen zich precies om een normaal tarief te vragen, net alsof jij 70 euro vraag voor een stuk brood aan verhongerende mensen.
Hoe vaak heb jij dit gehord? “Het hoeft toch helemaal niet zo duur te zijn om goed te zijn?!” of “Jij bent te duur, mijn vorige stylite was veel goedkoper” of “Iemand 2 straten verderop doet het veel goedkoper”.
Hier per punt waarom nagels niet goedkoop kunnen zijn;

- Als nagelstylist ben jij meestal een zelfstandig ondernemer, jij betaalt zelf de verzekeringen, jij spaart zelf voor jouw pensioen. Wanneer je ziek bent en niet kan werken ben je gewoon de sjaak, er is geen baas die jou blijft doorbetalen terwijl jij met een kuchje op de bank hangt voor een weekje of 2 tot 5.

- Een nagelstylist blijft constant bijleren (ik bedoel de Goede, écht goede nagelstylist met ondernemers-mindset) en dit doet deze ook [ATTENTION!] van zijn éigen geld; niet van de studie pot van het bedrijf maar van de eigen verdiende centjes waar deze eerst tientallen uren voor heeft gewerkt

- Nagelstyling is een LUXE. Potverdikkie L U X E. Luxe dingen moeten duur zijn, het is geen basisbehoefte, mensen kunnen prima zonder. Waarom worden dan veel nagelstylisten beschaamd wanneer zij een notrmaal tarief vragen?!

Why does "just painting nails" cost like a full manicure?

The customer doesn't understand the process of treating the nail plate before the gelpolish can be applied. Let me tell you a bit why the specialists refuse customers to whom "it's pricey for just applying colour"

In order for the gel base to stay for long, the nail plate needs treatment: remove the pterygium, clean the pockets, filing...than a degreaser, dehydrator & primer have to be applied before coating. All that costs time & consumables. Without proper treatment of the nail gel drops can leak in pockets, chips & detachments appear as well. As a result the gel polish will be broken fast & the nail specialist will get blamed.

A nail stylist who values the reputation doesn't want to have a customer who is doomed to dissatisfaction in advance. So in order not to delve into the details, the specialists names the price, which sometimes scares away the customer, but at the same time, this price includes everything except the detailed processing of the cuticle.

Почему "просто накрасить ногти" стоит, как полноценный европейский маникюр.

Для клиента не ясен процесс обработки ногтевой пластины под покрытие гель лаком. Хочу немного рассказать, почему мастера отказывают клиентам, которым "почему так дорого, мне же просто перекрыть"

Чтобы база держалась на ногте, ему нужна обработка: убрать птеригий, почистить карманы, сделать опил...перед покрытием на ноготь наносят обезжириватель, дегидратор и праймер. Это все стоит времени и материалов. Без правильной обработки ногтевой пластины часто случаются затеки, сколы и отслойки. Впоследствии покрытие не будет хорошо держаться, а шишки полетят в мастера.

Мастеру, дорожащему своей репутацией, не хочется брать клиента, который заранее обречен на недовольство. Чтобы не вникать в детали, мастера называют цену, которая иногда пугает клиента, но, в эту цену входит все, кроме детальной обработки кутикулы.
