Want to share this beautiful clip, it's a demonstration of yoga, starting with surya namaskar and evolving into several forms as in a dance. There is some acroyoga in the end. It was done in a filled Wembley Stadium as part of the UK Welcomes Modi event. With wonderful participation by AcroYogaDance / Eugene Butcher

In the open air all boundaries disappear. There are no walls, the air around us, a source of prana, flows free and unrestricted. The sun stimulate the cells in the body and syncs us with the circadian rhythm. It's great to be outdoors again and feel radiant like the sun!
