Libera Anima Vestra
"Libera Anima Vestra β Ancient wisdom for modern healing.
Rooted in Tibetan Ayurvedic medicine, I guide you toward balance, vitality and the awakening of your inner energy."

Most of what we call "ourselves" was handed to us.
Beliefs about the body. About worth. About what healing looks like.
Tibetan and Ayurvedic medicine have always known this β that the deepest imbalances are not physical. They live in the layers we never chose.
Liberation is not a destination. It is a practice of returning β again and again β to what was always yours.

LIFE, DEATH, BARDO
Explanation:
We do not remember our past lives due to the shock of death, which erases memory entirely. The fear of death wipes everything away. When the body separates from the mind, we experience terrifying hallucinations; the same occurs during the Bardo. We find ourselves as a mind without a body, living in a dreamlike world where dreams change every three days. Within 49 days, we must find new parents to be reborn in a body; if no body is found, one is reborn as a spirit. When we encounter a couple, we perceive entering a house or palaceβthis is the sign we have settled there and cannot return.
When consciousness from the Bardo enters a womanβs womb and unites with s***m and o**m, it becomes completely unconscious, and the formation of the body and energetic system begins. Consciousness remains in a coma-like state for 28 weeks, during which all memories of the previous death, the Bardo, and the intermediate state are erased. After the twenty-eighth week, memory begins to return. After 35 weeks, birth occurs. Birth is a difficult and painful experience, and this suffering erases all memories formed in the womb. The child retains the imprint of this experience until about age seven, after which even these memories disappear.
This explains why we do not remember past lives. Some individuals who suffer from lifelong panic attacks may retain traces of the shock of death and the intermediate state. Certain Tibetan Lamas have developed techniques that allow them to die and be reborn consciously; in these cases, trauma does not erase their core memory. By the age of two or three, they may recognize personal objects from a previous incarnation.
Many people appear to live normal livesβwork, family, stabilityβyet feel an inner emptiness, as if something is missing. This sensation may also be linked to past lives. The rational mind cannot explain it, as it is felt at the level of the heart. Such individuals may have unusual dreams, speak differently, and seek meaning beyond appearances, retaining traces of memory in their unconscious. People may also feel a strong familiarity with a profession, culture, or religion they have never encountered in this life, due to past-life experiences.
If one is able to relive a past situation, inner conflicts can unravel and unpleasant sensations dissolve. To help such individuals, problems should not be confronted directly as in conventional psychotherapy, which risks engaging only the superficial mind. Instead, a gentle and indirect approach allows access to the subtle mind and karmic memory. Reconnecting with past aptitudes often leads to success in specific areas with little effort, as knowledge already exists within us. In Spiritual Energetic Medicine, this is called a karmic aptitude. Meditation and prayer are essential for discovering oneβs path.
This perspective is important for understanding both individual and collective psychology. It represents a deep spiritual or transpersonal psychology, offering insight into the origins of fears and phobias that seem to have no apparent cause.

How many times have you held yourself back from something real β because someone taught you it wasn't "acceptable" to want it?
Conditioning doesn't speak with the voice of an enemy.
It speaks with the voice of those who loved you β and didn't know better.
Breaking free doesn't mean betrayal.
It means finally meeting yourself.
Your soul doesn't need permission to exist.
And deep down, you already know this.

"Is this thought mine β or did I inherit it?"

πΏ The Truth About Karma
Most people think of karma as a form of cosmic justice what goes around comes around, and sooner or later others will "get what they deserve."
But this is a misconception.
Karma is not about others. It is not a punishment or a reward waiting to happen to someone else.
Karma is about you.
Every thought you carry, every intention behind your actions, every energy you put into the world all of this comes back to you. Karma is a mirror, not a weapon. It reflects your inner state, your growth, your healing journey.
Instead of watching what happens to others, ask yourself:
What energy am I putting out today?
What patterns am I ready to release?
What am I choosing to cultivate within myself?
That is where your power truly lies. π
When did you last feel truly rested? πΏ
Not just physically β but deeply, in your soul.
Stress, exhaustion and emotional heaviness are signs that something inside needs attention. I am here to help you find your way back to balance β naturally and gently.
Tell me in the comments β what does your body need most right now? π

There is an ancient Tibetan saying β the body speaks what the mind cannot yet express.
Long before modern medicine, Tibetan healers understood that physical symptoms are never just physical. They are messages. Invitations to look deeper, to listen more carefully to what your body and soul are trying to tell you.
In my practice, I do not simply treat what is visible. I sit with you, I listen, and together we explore the deeper layers of your well-being β because lasting healing always begins from within.
Are you ready to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you? π

"Healing is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering who you truly are."
KARMA is not fate. It is law.
According to the teachings of Kirpal Singh, karma is the universal law of cause and effect that governs every thought, word, and action.
Nothing happens by accident.
Every experience is part of a precise spiritual accounting.
We carry three kinds of karma:
β’ Sanchit β the accumulated store of past actions
β’ Prarabdha β the portion destined to unfold in this lifetime
β’ Kriyaman β the karma we are creating right now
Life repeats not to punish us,
but because the account is not yet balanced.
Yet there is hope beyond endless repetition.
Kirpal Singh taught that through inner spiritual practice β through contact with the Divine Sound Current (Shabd) β karma can be transcended.
Not by fighting circumstances.
Not by blaming destiny.
But by rising above the mind itself.
When consciousness ascends,
karma loses its grip.
You are not here to remain bound.
You are here to awaken.
β¨ Live consciously.
β¨ Act lovingly.
β¨ Seek the inner Light and Sound.
