An amazing initiative here by the Travel Lodge in Bangor.

Well they're up. Just the beginning. Another festive period working away. For myself, pretty used to be working if surrounded by stranger during the festice period.
I thoroughly enjoy the prep and build. Also covering myself in tinsel. How does everyone manage.

Only took us 2 and a half years to cross paths (ships) again. Stay safe drink with a Nurse and HSE advisor.
N.B had an unfortunate case of j**z eye. Not wine wine.

48 hrs of rolling around in 4m waves and winds gusting at 30knts. Square eyes from studying and being stuck inside. Training completely tailed off. Which is not at all like me!!

How it started, mojo a solid 0. How it ended, smashed 10km at decent pace. Even ended with AMRAP pull ups (OK couldn't be arsed to move the bench)

Mental health benefits of exercise as always proving get up and get it done! Set your goal as a little and you'll be surprised how your body responds and what you can achieve.

Nearing the end of the Norway Campaign. Going out on a high, getting the chance to climb up Pulpit rock. Nothing like a team building day out.
