Thanks to all of my clients for your kindness, understanding, and support this year, it’s been a toughie!

From tomorrow, you will need to show your My Vaccine Pass to get access to certain businesses and events. My Vaccine Pass is an official record of your COVID-19 vaccination status, and you can only get it after you’ve had your second dose.

Here’s what you need to know:
➡️ Everyone aged 12 years 3 months and over will need to show their My Vaccine Pass at businesses and events that require it. Children under 12, do not need a My Vaccine Pass, and will be able to access these businesses as normal.
➡️ You need to carry your My Vaccine Pass with you – this can be on your phone or printed out, as businesses may need to see or scan your pass. You may also be asked to show ID. Businesses cannot accept a purple vaccination card or vaccination confirmation letter as proof of your vaccination status.
➡️ Businesses are encouraged to use the NZ Pass Verifier app to scan your My Vaccine Pass QR code. You can download the app on the App Store or Google Play store. It’s free and anyone can use it. Requirements will depend on the choices the business or organisation has made about how they will operate under the traffic light system.
➡️ You will not need a My Vaccine Pass at supermarkets, pharmacies, health and disability services, petrol stations, public transport, schools and early learning service providers and at hospitality businesses offering contactless service.
➡️ You do not need to have a booster dose to be fully vaccinated and get your My Vaccine Pass. If you do get a booster dose, you can generate another pass from My Covid Record or by calling 0800 222 478.

You can find out everything you need to know about My Vaccine Pass here: https://covid19.govt.nz/covid-19-vaccines/covid-19-vaccination-certificates/my-vaccine-pass/ 02/12/2021

I will need to scan your pass if you have an appointment from tomorrow. Please have it with you, and ready to scan. 😀

Just a reminder, and some info on the help available.

When New Zealand moves into the traffic light system this Friday, you will need to use your My Vaccine Pass to go to certain places.

If you don’t have the accepted forms of ID to set up your MyCovidRecord.nz account, you can call 0800 222 478, 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, or email [email protected]

🚦 Get My Vaccine Pass in-person

If you don’t have the right forms of ID, or don’t have access to a printer, you can visit a pharmacy that offers COVID-19 vaccination. Find a list of these here: https://www.healthpoint.co.nz/covid-19-vaccination/?primaryBranch=pharmacy

If you know someone who does not have access to the internet, please help them to do this too.

🚦If you don’t have your own email address

If you have a shared email address, you will need to create a new email for each person who needs a My Vaccine Pass. This is for privacy reasons, because people have different medical records. You can also go to a pharmacy if you don’t want to get your own email address.

🚦 If you were vaccinated overseas

If you were vaccinated overseas, you need to apply to add your vaccinations to the COVID-19 Immunisation Register (CIR) - this can take up to 14 days. Once these have been added, from 2 December you will be able to request your My Vaccine Pass through MyCovidRecord.nz, as long as the vaccinations you received are one of the 8 approved vaccines. You can read more about this here: https://www.health.govt.nz/our-work/diseases-and-conditions/covid-19-novel-coronavirus/covid-19-vaccines/my-covid-record-proof-vaccination-status/covid-19-overseas-vaccinations-and-certificates

🚦 Who doesn’t need a My Vaccine Pass?

Children under 12 years and 3 months will not be required to show proof of vaccination.
Everyone will still be able to access essentials without a My Vaccine Pass. This includes supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations, public transport, schools and early learning service providers, housing and housing support services, and health and disability services.

The traffic light system 23/11/2021

Hello to all my lovely clients.
As I'm sure you will all know, from Friday 3rd of December, NZ will be moving into the Covid-19 Protection framework. This will mean that I must be fully vaccinated (which I am) and that I can only see fully vaccinated clients.
You must bring your digital or hard copy vaccine pass with you to your appointment, so I am able to check it.
If you are not fully vaccinated, I will not be able to perform your treatment. If this is the case, you will need to cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the arrival time to avoid cancellation fees. This can be done from the website, or by contacting me on 021887640 or 03 3147222 or [email protected].
Please get in touch also if you have any questions or click on the link below to view the traffic light framework.

The traffic light system The COVID-19 Protection Framework, also referred to as the traffic light system, sets out our plan to introduce more freedoms and opportunities for all vaccinated New Zealanders.

Hi All

Due to the New Zealand wide level 4 lockdown for the next 3 days, Amberley Beauty Clinic will be closed. If you have an appointment booked during this time, I will be in touch to rebook you.
Fingers crossed 3 days is all we need!

Hello to all of my lovely clients.

We are back in level 2 here, and that means a few changes, but mainly for me!

I will be wearing a mask and gloves for your treatment, and performing extra cleaning in between clients and as necessary. I will try to space appointments out as much as possible so we don’t have any unnecessary cross over.

Please remember that if you are unwell let me know and I will reschedule your appointment.

Please come alone to your appointment, and please be on time, but not early.

Please check in using the COVID tracer app, and sanitise your hands upon arrival.

I won’t be able to provide any beverages, so if needed please bring a drink bottle with you, and something to read as magazines will not be available.

I look forward to seeing you guys soon, but please don’t hesitate to call, text or email me if you have any questions.
