A bit about Chris.

A Sports and Recovery therapist, he is qualified in Deep tissue/ Sports massage and specialises in biomechanics (which is how your muscles form around the skeletal structure of your body). Chris also offers cupping, lymphatic drainage and kinesiology in his services.

Chris has a history of working with professional and semi-professional athletes as having previously worked with some of the members for the Melbourne Rebels when they came to play the Hurricanes. Chris has also worked with some international athletes, including a commonwealth games athlete and a 2024 Olympian.
