Always helpful to have a new booking system that DOESN't work as it should do. Oh heck, guess they call that 'technology', where is a tech man when you need them.

We're in the process of trialing our new booking system. Please txt 0221576235 with the following: name, voucher & treatment with preferred day/ times. This will be checked periodically during the day.

To rebook/ book we ask you to message with preferred day/ time. For our vouchers clients could you please include voucher details.

We look forward to getting back and providing treatments and seeing you all again.

The new premises are another few days away from reopening. We would have liked to be open sooner but due to the owner having had unplanned surgery this has meant delaying this.
We understand the frustration, and look forward to getting you booked in and seeing you again.

We're now pleased to advise we've found premises [that don't leak and without business interruptions] and will reopen in the next couple of weeks.

We really do thank EVERYONE for their patience, support, understanding and fantastic feedback. We know this has been disruptive for all, but we'll be so pleased to start getting through the rebooks.

Those we’ve had their booking deferred will be rebooked once we have confirmed suitable space. For those with vouchers, we honour our voucher sales and will continue to get you booked in as times are available. We apologise to all for this disruption and thank you for your patience.

We'd like to thank those of you we've had treatments booked and needing to be rescheduled: it is very much appreciated your kind words and understanding. We know this is frustrating for all and ourselves. We are working to find rooms to help with those bookings. We'll continue to keep you updated.

We are closed over the Easter period and back Wednesday afternoon. This is a very well earned break for everyone.
