Aftercare tips for your tox! • Avoid rubbing the injection site as this can cause the Botox to migrate, making it more likely to move beyond the intended muscles • Heat increases blood circulation, which can prevent Botox from properly settling into the targeted muscles. This is why avoiding the sauna after Botox is essential during the first 24 hours • Vigourous exercise can cause mild side effects like swelling and redness. Best to have a couple of rest days after your tox appointment •
