Mold and bacteria can be built up if your coconut and avocado oil gets in contact with water. This can be caused by putting a wet utensil to scoop oil out, using wet or moist fingers to use product and leaving the lid open and allowing content to be in contact with humid atmosphere

To avoid this from happening

1. Always store your oil in a cool dry place.

2. Always use a dry, clean utensil to remove your oil, when it's in a solid state.

3.Always put the lid on after you've taken out what you need.
