A review landed from another professional today, and every word filled me with gratitude.

If I’m being completely honest, I was almost lost for words.

It made me realise that observation has always been one of my greatest strengths. I pay attention. I notice the things that often go unsaid. I watch how people learn, where they get stuck, what builds confidence, and what quietly chips away at it.

That ability has carried me through some of the hardest seasons of my life. The chaos of building a business. Becoming a mum. Starting over. Changing environments. Outgrowing people I once shared space with.

So much has changed over the years, but one thing never has.

My drive to GENUINLY support other women.

Not by telling them what they want to hear, but by helping them see what they’re capable of, asking better questions, and creating spaces where they feel safe enough to grow.

I’ve spent a career learning how to sit with people in hard moments and actually help.

Eight years working in the alcohol and other drug space, professionally trained across multiple modalities to work alongside vulnerable people - men and women, in communities and in facilities.

Worked in the legal space across two roles. Workshop after workshop, training after training, in one skill: being human with another human when it matters.

Put together thousands of hours of my own self discovery, and thousands of hours working with people from all walks of life - and that’s more than any one qualification can give.

Then I built Rocc Aesthetics from a home studio into an award-winning studio and training practice - and I kept hearing the same fear in artists’ voices that I’d spent that whole career learning to work with.

So I put together Enough Already - an ebook and working workbook for women in beauty and PMU who have had enough of doubting themselves.

Everything I’ve lived, everything I’ve trained in, cross-referenced against published psychology research - including studies done specifically on high-achieving women. One early reader called it confronting. That’s the point. You meet the fear on paper, at your own pace, so it stops making your decisions.
