Happy Anniversary to my amazing hubby. The boys and I are so lucky to have you and everything you do for us. I love you more than this day 4 years ago when we did “I do”. 💜

As a mum being able to take my kids to the gym with me is an absolute life saver. My training wouldn’t be anywhere near as consistent if I couldn’t. Even if sometimes (like today) I only get half a session cause the bubba decides it’s time to go, it’s worth it!

🐢Turtles in Raro🐢
We took the bump on holiday to Rarotonga last month and had the best time. One of the highlights was swimming with turtles in their natural habitat. The tour we did was hosted by the extremely talented and these photos are the result. It was so incredible to get so close to such amazing creatures and having these photos to look back on is just as amazing. XOXO Gabby

Throwback to 2015 (at a guess) before becoming a mum to a gorgeous little boy (and the second on the way), before marrying my best friend and before I truely realised how important health is as opposed to just looking good. Going to the gym shouldn’t only be about looking better it should also be about FEELING better, getting stronger, getting fitter and being HAPPIER. That doesn’t mean going to the gym to look better is a bad thing, and shouldn’t be one of the reasons you go, but it shouldn’t be the only reason. It’s also far more motivating to keeping going when you focus on all the aspects of your health that are improving, not just your looks.
Happy Birthday Babe 🎉🥳🎂💜

🙋♀️ Who Thinks It’s Going to Be Another Big Baby?!🙋♀️
When Ryder was born he was almost 2 weeks late and weighed almost 10 pounds. This time round this little bean is measuring larger in every way at the same scan😬 particularly in length. It’s doubtful this time he will be allowed come so late, especially not 2 weeks but I’m still guessing he’s going to long and heavy like his big brother. These 2 photos are 2 months apart and the bump has increased significantly! 😅 XOXO Gabby

🤔Never Satisfied🤔
Something that has been on my mind a lot lately is this feeling of never being satisfied with myself. I’m sure I’m not the only one who gets this. No matter what goals you achieve , how lean you get, how strong you get, how much you learn, you never feel like it’s enough. These 2 pictures are the leanest I’ve been in my life during the first covid lockdown we had here in NZ. I had abs (something I had always wanted and to be honest still do) and my cardio fitness was pretty damn good yet I still wanted more. I wanted to be leaner, I wanted to be fitter and I wanted to be stronger. I hardly ever looked back to where I started, I only focussed on not being “there” yet. I never took the time to appreciate how far I had come, what I had already achieved and how I felt about that.
Don’t make the same mistake as me! Take the time to reflect on how far you’ve come, appreciate yourself and what you’ve achieved so far. Even if you want to keep going you can still appreciate your progress so far. I look back now at 24 weeks pregnant and wish I had appreciated it at the time as I have no idea when/if I will ever be that lean again. Quite frankly I can’t even fathom having the time nor energy to be that lean again with 2 young kids to keep alive. But who knows what the future will bring.
The point of this spiel: Reflect, appreciate and celebrate your progress, not only at the end of your journey (for many of us the end never comes, we always want more), but during as well! XOXO Gabby

20 Weeks Baby 2.0 vs 24 Weeks Baby Ryder
Photo in the left was taken today at 20 weeks, baby on the right was while I was pregnant with Ryder at 24 weeks. They’re the same size 😬 I’ve been super absent on here lately mostly due to being busy with life (coaching, training, spending time with family and growing a tiny human). Can confirm I’m still alive, no longer sick (no covid!) and still training clients & myself. Hope you are all managing ok with these crazy covid times! XOXO Gabby
