A YIN YOGA & SOUND JOURNEY

After just over a year’s break, Wendy Douglas and Amanda Jane are excited to be bringing their much-loved Yin Yoga & Sound Journey back, this time to the beautiful Soul Centre in Omaha.

Join us for a nourishing winter evening where the quiet stillness of yin yoga meets the healing resonance of sound. Together we’ll create a space to unwind, release tension, settle the nervous system and simply be.

Yin yoga gently targets the body’s connective tissues and joints while inviting deep rest and presence. Woven throughout the practice, and culminating in a restorative sound journey, Amanda’s crystal sound bowls and therapeutic instruments will bathe you in soothing frequencies that support relaxation, balance and inner calm.

Mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters are provided. If you enjoy a little extra comfort, feel free to bring your own blanket, cushion or anything else that helps you settle in.

No yoga experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. We look forward to sharing this beautiful winter evening with you.
