How important it is to begin with a proper consultation and hair diagnosis.
I don’t perform strand tests on every client. Only when it’s truly needed based on their hair history.
This is the safest way to work, which is why it’s so important to share every past chemical process with your stylist, even if it was years ago.

In this case, you can see how the ends couldn’t lift due to old box dyes and years of straightening treatments.

My client has trusted my advice, and together we decided to wait a couple of years so we can achieve a beautiful honey–caramel balayage in the future 😊✨
