Saxenda® (liraglutide) is a Prescription Medicine. Saxenda is indicated for weight management as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity in adults with a BMI ≥30 kg/m², or ≥27 kg/m² with at least one weight-related comorbidity.
Do not use Saxenda if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2, or a history of pancreatitis. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, and abdominal pain. Saxenda
should be used with caution in patients with gallstones or gallbladder disease.

The under-eye area is one of the most requested concerns we see, and one of the most misunderstood.
Most people who come to us worried about dark, tired-looking eyes don't actually have hollowness. They have discolouration. The treatment for each is entirely different, and getting that distinction right matters.
True under-eye hollowness is one of the most technically challenging areas of the face to treat. Our approach is indirect: restoring volume to the lateral cheeks, the periocular area, and along the jawline. Supporting these structures lifts the eye area naturally, without placing filler directly beneath the eye. Hyaluronic acid filler, placed with precision, is how we achieve this.
Where discolouration is the primary concern, which is more common than most people realise, skin boosters are the more appropriate path. Treatments like Sunekos work to improve skin quality and hydration in that area, softening the shadowed appearance over time.

Sunekos containing hyaluronic acid and amino acids is a class III medical device that modifies the structure of mature skin, restoring volume, filling wrinkles and folds in the skin and in scar sites. Sunekos has risks and benefits. Sunekos should not be used on patients: with known hypersensitivity to any of its components; presenting with a general infection, inflammation or irritation in the area to be treated; or in patients predisposed to coagulation disorders. A local reaction may rarely occur, caused by hypersensitisation phenomena, with symptoms that include oedema and sensation of burning and/or itching. These reactions normally resolve within two days.
