It is a massage technique,
not a facial, used to release
stress/tension on the face

I felt exhausted after my face massage. Is that normal?

Yes and there’s actually a science backed reason why.

Face massage can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, often called the “rest and digest” state.

As stress hormones decrease and your body relaxes, many people experience sleepiness, deep relaxation, or a need to rest.

Sometimes it’s not the massage making you tired, it’s the first moment your body has had a chance to stop running on stress and adrenaline.

A little extra hydration, gentle movement, and an early night are often all that’s needed.

Have you experienced this after a treatment?

Nobody talks about what tension does to the face.

We often focus on skincare, but rarely on the muscles underneath.

Tension can build up in the jaw, cheeks, forehead, and neck, affecting how the face feels and functions.

Over time, this can contribute to a tired, tight, or heavier appearance.

Face massage helps release that tension, improve circulation, and restore natural movement to the tissues.

Sometimes the most noticeable change isn’t what you add to the face it’s what you release.

Relax the muscles. Support the face.

Every step has a purpose. Every touch creates change.

This is facial massage as it should be therapeutic, intentional, visible

Fascia release. Buccal massage. Scalp release. Lymphatic drainage. Warm towel.

The result? Lifted, lighter, glowing

Bad posture doesn’t just hurt your neck. It changes your face.

That “phone neck” position (head forward + shoulders rounded) can create:
• double chin appearance (even if you’re slim)
• deeper nasolabial folds
• jaw tension + clenching
• puffiness from poor lymphatic drainage
• dull skin tone from reduced circulation
• tight neck + shortened platysma
• face pulling downward over time

Your face is connected to your posture.
When your head lives forward, your muscles adapt, and so does your face shape.

Fix the posture = soften the face.

Start with this today:
Ears over shoulders, chin slightly tucked, tongue on the palate.

Tension out. Calm in.
This is what it looks like when your nervous system finally gets the message:
you’re safe now.
We release the weight in your shoulders, soften the jaw, quiet the face,
and suddenly your whole-body exhales.
Your only job is to arrive.
I’ll do the rest.
If your body’s been holding more than it should, this is your sign.

Your jaw mirrors the state of your nervous system.

A tight jaw is often more than tension.
It can be stress, overstimulation, emotional holding, shallow breathing, constant “go-go-go” energy.

This Buccal + TMJ release works deep into the jaw muscles to soften the holding patterns we don’t even realise we carry.

The result?
Less clenching.
Less pressure.
A softer face.
A calmer body.
