Product Review: jane iredale NZ Skintuition Eye Brightening Concealer

First impressions? I was pleasantly surprised.

What I liked:
🤍 Lightweight and comfortable under the eyes.
🤍 Brightens without looking heavy or cakey.
🤍 Gives a fresh, awake look instead of a thick layer of coverage.
🤍 Layers beautifully with the rest of my makeup.
This one gives a really natural, skin-like finish while still helping disguise tiredness.

Would I recommend it? If you love a fresh, everyday makeup look and prefer lighter, more natural coverage under the eyes, I think it’s definitely worth trying.

Turns out applying makeup is a whole lot easier than talking to a camera. 😂

I sat down to film a quick product review… and my ADHD brain, vocal stims, random facial expressions, and a sprinkle of the tism had other plans.

So instead of pretending I’m perfectly polished, here’s the reality behind the content.

The biggest bridal makeup mistake I see?

Bringing a Pinterest photo to your trial and expectations of it to look exactly the same.

Inspiration is incredibly helpful but it’s only one piece of the puzzle.

The look also needs to work with:
• Your skin type
• Your eye shape
• Your natural colouring
• Your dress and hairstyle
• The lighting on your wedding day
• Most importantly… how you want to feel.

That’s why no two brides who sit in my chair leave looking exactly alike.

My role isn’t to recreate someone else’s face.

It’s to create the version of the look that suits you.
