A little about me.

I love my job and working with people.
I am a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist, PT, avid runner and have 2 amazing children who keep me busy!

Through my years of competitive running I gained a love for massage after experiencing firsthand the great benefits of getting regular massage, such as the improved recovery, performance and injury prevention.

I believe my study and extensive experience as a therapist and athlete has helped me to be able to provide the best treatments for my clients.

I absolutely love helping my clients get the very best out of their bodies with how they feel, recover and perform.
