🔥 EMPIRE RACE PREP – PRE-TEST DAY 🔥
Open to members & non-members!
We’re running a race-style pre-test — the perfect chance to test your current fitness, challenge your engine, and see where you’re at before the summer season kicks off. This is your opportunity to move through a full simulation, dial in pacing, and get a taste of race-day intensity!
📅 Saturday 22 November
⏰ Heats every 15 minutes from 6:30am
Book your time slot with the team! Heat sheet is posted at Empire South - write your name to book you slot!
💥 Who can join?
Empire Members: FREE
Non-Members: $25 drop-in
Everyone is welcome — bring a mate, challenge yourself, and come see what the Empire energy is all about.
📣 Race details (WOD, heat list & full schedule) will be posted Friday 21st Nov.
We encourage to get amongst it and give this pre-test a go!

• Mens sizes: S - 5XL
• Cost = $65.00 and this must be payable by Monday 15th September (next Monday)
• ETA = 2-3 weeks
