Radha's Henna

The theme for day 16 was friends! We quite magically ran into our beautiful friends R+G with their cute daughter (same age as baby J) at the Anokhi Café here in Jaipur, who then took us to the local Ayurvedic Centre. And then in the evening we met up with more friends M+D with their beautiful daughter (same age as Priya) at the hotel.

7 February

Day 10 was a quiet one. We stayed overnight in the beautiful ISKCON temple in Mansarovar, and visited the deities. After dining at Govindas restaurant, we packed up and headed to our next accommodation: a one-room Airbnb tucked away in the little lanes of busy Jaipur City.

Been a pretty crazy week, but nothing like lazy summer Sunday afternoons to re-set.

And the henna season has kicked off with my first appointment tonight! This gorgeous baby bump design includes viking rune symbols on the client's request. The symbols she chose represent fertility, protection, new beginnings, growth just to name a few.

T minus 3 days until henna season opens up, and already I have 2 bridal bookings, 1 bridal party booking, 1 belly bump and a smattering of event bookings... how exciting!
