At Frank Pads we don't believe in preaching, comparing our habits with others, or guilt tripping ourselves because we haven't adopted certain practices....yet.

We find it unfathomable that plastic production is set to double within the next 20 years and almost quadruple by 2050 based on current trends.

We dream big here at Frank Pads and hope reusables will be used as widely as disposable products, featuring as prominently on supermarkets shelves one day. As consumers we influence those changes and the unchecked usage of single-use plastics. Made for everyday use and comfort, simply change midway through the day or after exercise to keep panties feeling fresh all day and night.

Designed with a discrete taper and absorbent core, the Sports Liner is suitable for sweat, spotting, discharge, and light incontinence from coughs and sneezes.

The cotton topper draws moisture to the absorbent core while the flannelette backer helps keep it in place.
Adequate enough to hold a small amount of blood from cup/tampon overflow, however, we recommend our pads for light+ flow days.
