Face sculpting is an amazing combination of deep face massage, stretching and actually is very relaxing. I work on the face, head, neck shoulders and decolletage.

💫The neck is the foundation of our face. Releasing tension and stretching helps to hold our "face up" as well as creating a better pathway for fluid removal.

💫 I work on the circulatory system to give oxygen to the skin and give a healthy glowing skin from within.

💫Our face needs to be mobile! Muscles have a function, the help push fluid and toxins out. When they become tense or are frozen can cause lines and puffiness to the face.

I'm so honored to be trained in the "Face Up" method by Olga. For me it just makes sense - To create a healthy skin doesn't come just from what we are using topically on our skin or a quick fix, it comes from a deeper level and that is exactly what this treatment is. I 🤍 it !!

As I hit 40 😬 I really noticed how much I had aged 🤦 My skin has lost alot of tone and shape and overall looking dull. This month Im turning 43 I'm looking alot better now than I did 6 months ago that's for sure!!

It's cold outside but the electric blanket is on warm and cosy.

My 1 hour Bespoke Facial consists of cleansing, rose hydrosol spray which contains goodies like hyaluronic acid and kakadu plum and exfoliation depending on your skins needs, hot towel steam with essential oils, a long massage this is where the magic happens in my opinion!! Starting with very light pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system to clear stagnic lymph then a traditional method massage to create blood circulation which helps product to pe*****te into the skin and tone the muscles of the face, then a esthemax hydrosol mask to lock in the goodness 👌

There is a lot of misleading information I see on products claiming to be organic or have ingredients that can clog the skin quite a bit !! ....clever marketing perhaps?

If your unsure about your current skincare products please feel free to bring them in to your facial appointment and I'm happy to look through with you, alternatively feel free to send me a picture of the ingredients label of your products for advice especially if you are wanting natural skincare.
