In light of the current developments regarding COVID-19 and the recent announcement of Level 3 & 4 restrictions throughout New Zealand, we wanted to share with you an update as to what the implications are for us as a business, and for the despatching of your orders.
While Auckland remains in level 4 restrictions, we need to adhere to the rules that apply to level 4. Therefore, until Auckland moves to level 3 we are only able to fulfil online orders for essential items (Skincare, Bodycare, Sunscreen, Haircare, NutriClean and NutriShape). You can still order colour items but they will be placed on backorder until we have a New Zealand Government update on restrictions levels for the Auckland region.
This is an extremely challenging time and we are committed to working hard to ensure that there is minimal disruption while complying with Government regulations. Our priority is always to ensure the safety of our people by following the New Zealand Government’s advice.
We thank you for your patience and support during these unprecedented times and as always, our Customer Service team remains available to ensure we continue to provide you with a high level of service.
