Hi there, I'm the owner of SHELF home+gifts we're on the move (over the road) leaving my gorgeous wee space up for Rent. Situated on the hill in Cashmere and nestled in amongst 2 coffee shops, a hairdresser and a gift shop, this space would ideally suit a start up business that could bring interest and foot traffic to the area.
Rent $ is very reasonable and includes outgoings (insurance and rates). Depending on the business, power may need to be discussed with the landlord. Available beginning of April. Please contact me on 03 332 1331 for more information or DM me.
