Hi team, we had major issues with our phones yesterday which we know may have been frustrating for those trying to make a booking. The phones are fixed and despite wide spread power outages in Lincoln today we are OPEN. We have had a recent bout of no call/no shows, these are happening at peak times which isn’t ideal as these spots are in hot demand and leave us with empty chairs.
If you are running late or can’t make it please give us a call as soon as possible so we can fill the gaps.
As a result we will be implementing a no show/cancelation fee (within 4 hours of your appointment) of 50% which will be added to your next appointment. This is standard practice across the industry to help minimise the impact on the business.
