As the weather gets colder, many people start noticing cold hands and feet, low energy, or just feeling chilled all the time.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is often related to a lack of warmth and circulation in the body.

Moxibustion (moxa therapy) is a gentle heat therapy using mugwort to help warm the body, improve circulation, and support overall wellbeing.

It’s not an instant fix — consistency matters, and many people notice the best results over time.

We also offer moxibustion treatments at our clinic. Feel free to message us if you’d like to know more.

Do come and have a look and learn about some of our Chinese- New Zealand history...
