Tara Yoga Studio is a family run yoga and meditation studio. It has been established to provide a welcoming and nurturing space to support wellbeing.

Experienced yoga instructors facilitate classes weekly and each class is designed to meet the needs of people new to yoga and those who are experienced. We also offer weekend workshops.

Mantra's are sound forms of Divine energy and can therefore connect us to the sense of a divine presence within us or surrounding us.
