A little reminder about my cancellation policy.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you.
Last-minute cancellations don't just leave an empty space in my day — they often mean I can't fill that appointment at short notice.
As many of you know, we've also arranged and paid for childcare in order to be at work, so a cancellation can actually cost us money.
Cancellation fees aren't about being harsh; they're about protecting my small business, the costs involved in running it, my time & my family.
