Sculptra isn't a one-and-done treatment. It works gradually, supporting your skin's own collagen production over a series of appointments. Most of our clients have 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with results continuing to build over the following months.

Sunekos, Sculptra, dermal filler, they all sit under the same skin-rejuvenation umbrella, but they do quite different things.

Here's how we'd start to think about it:

• If your concern is skin quality, dehydration, fine lines, that "tired" look, Sunekos is often where we start. It works underneath the skin to support collagen, elastin and hydration.

• If your concern is volume loss or facial structure, hollowness, heaviness, definition that isn't sitting where it used to, Sculptra works gradually to rebuild collagen support over a series of sessions.

• If your concern is more localised — lip definition, cheek contour, jawline shape, dermal filler is often the most direct way to address it.

None of these are mutually exclusive. We often build a plan that combines a couple of treatments over time, sequenced to your skin and your budget.

Let's talk about frown lines.

Also known as your "elevens", these are the two vertical lines that form between your eyebrows. They're caused by the corrugator and procerus muscles, which contract every time you concentrate, squint or frown.
