As of Wednesday I will be open. Please remember we have level 2 restrictions. If you have a booking, come alone, if you have a support worker etc the terms of your booking will be arranged prior to your booking. I can only take 50% of usual capacity because of social distancing. You can not come in to make a booking. You must text 0279005353. You can not enter without signing or scanning in.
We have sanitizer, you must use it. You have to wear a mask but will be able to remove that for your service once your seated at the station not the waiting area, this is for all client protection. Maria and I will be masked according to the new covid rule until we are allowed to work without it. All towels and capes are laundered as always for each client and stations and equipment sanitised between clients. If you are unwell or been around someone that is awaiting covid results you must disclose this. I don't make the rules but for everyone's protection I will inforce them.

At this stage moving to level 3 means I can not open. Hopefully we will move to level 2 in 7 days. Priority is given to existing bookings and bookings missed due to covid. I will extend my hours to accommodate. I already know who was meant to come in so making contact again only reduces my ability to prepare. I will work off similar days and times that were booked. SATURDAY appointments will likely be serviced on the first available Sunday. Please remember I can not service the same number of clients due to social distancing
and Maria has a volume of customers to service also.

Hello, well I've had alot of enquires regarding reminder messages for appointments. Please be aware we are closed in line with government regulations. All bookings are left for several reasons. It shows my loss of revenue for govt subsidy that I have applied for but not yet received, and it also allows me to prioritise clients that have missed out on their bookings when I'm allowed back to work. Sorry for the confusion. When we are allowed back there will more than likely be social distancing like last time so some longer bookings will be harder to manage so I ask you to be patient with me. I do miss you all and I'm hoping to be allowed back on Saturday, but I'm not holding my breath.

Well here we are again! We will work to rebook clients who's bookings have been effected at first available opportunity. If levels lift I will work Sunday and potentially Monday to compensate. I won't change anything untill levels are lifted. Take care be safe!

Just a reminder that we are now in level 2 this means we are unable to offer you a magazine or a beverage. Please understand we have to follow the rules. We are considered one of the high risk work industries due to the length of service time and the close proximity to each other. We will have to change some bookings as we are back to 1 metre spacing between clients. We ask you to cancel or rebook if you have been in or near someone that has been in contact with covid. If you have been tested you can not come in untill your test has been confirmed as negative. We have pregnant staff and staff with medical conditions that must be kept safe, we also have clients that are immune sensitive and we must keep them safe. We ask for your patience. This business is our lively hood, so we all need to prevent a level 3 lockdown.

What a day!!! First of all Thank you for your understanding these are diffulicult times. Please don't be offended if you have not had your message returned! You are as important to me as every client. Those that have bookings this week arnt lucky, they have waited the longest. Some are clients that have missed several appointments. Some services have been reduced because the government has made legislation that has made our capacity and working conditions difficult. Its also emotionally difficult as some of us have had deaths in the family over lockdown and have been unable to grieve or have a funeral. Some of you can now extend your bubble to see your loved ones. We have to wait to see and reconnect with our loved ones as we have to work 14 hour days without a break to squeeze every client in that we can, Working Saturdays and Sundays. Some of us have lost our hard earned holidays and are still waiting for refunds. Some of us have not received government assistance for no income during the lockdown.
Today we worked 14hrs wearing a face mask, glasses fogging up hard to breath it was not nice however I go home today after making a few people really happy. I wish I felt great but the truth is I feel guilty and low for all of you still waiting, feeling like your not one of my special loyal clients. This is not a generic cut and pasted comment from some salon somewhere. This is from me and everything said is a true reflection of me and the hardworking girls I work with.
