HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE 💥

Where has the time gone? I honestly do not know! 🤷‍♀️
But honestly life has been truly amazing this past 6 months. What a journey it has been, learning how to mum and dad, watching Vella grow so quickly and seeing Harley starting to warm up to his new sister has been the best thing ever! (I think he's finally realised that we're not sending Vella back 🤣)

Soooo good news, i am ready to start doing a few hours in the salon!

I will be starting off with minimal hours to work around nap/feeding times, so please bear with me as I try work out this whole new work/ life/ mum balance 😅

I will only be taking bookings for existing clients, so sorry but I won't be accepting new clients at the moment.

Unfortunately, ive had to make the decision that i won't be doing any big 'foil' or 'balayage' services at this stage, as these appointments are too long.

Online booking won't be available just yet, so you can either message me through the D'LUXX socials or text 021850069 for an appointment.

My hours at the moment will be:
🌻Monday 10am - 1pm
🌻Wednesday 10am -1pm
🌻Friday 10am -1pm

A bit of a dramatic entrance to the world, but we got her earthside safe and sound in the end ✨️

Logan, Vella, Harley 🐕 and I are settling in really nicely and soaking up all the newborn cuddles 🩷

✨️🩷 ANNOUNCEMENT!! 🩷✨️

Now that I have had the opportunity to tell most of you in person, I thought it was time that I announce our news to the rest of you…. Surprise! Logan and I are having a baby girl!
Our wee adventure sidekick will be arriving earthside - July 2024.

I only have 8 weeks left in the salon. So, if you haven’t managed to book in yet, please contact me if you would like an appointment before I go on maternity leave.
My last day in the salon will be - Friday 5th July.
** Unfortunately, with limited time left to go, I am no longer accepting new colour clients.

At this stage, I am planning to close the salon for 6 months - so we’re not breaking up, we’re just having a 6-month break hehe.
I will be in contact when I have set an exact date of when I will be re-opening the salon in 2025.

I would really like to thank everyone of you for making this wee dream of mine become a reality.
D’LUXX HAIR STUDIO would not be where it is today without your continuous support over the past nearly 3 years.
I have built some incredible friendships over the past 11 years of hairdressing in Christchurch, I appreciate you all dearly! You are the reason why I love my job so much!

If I don’t get the chance to see you before I finish up, I hope you have an amazing rest of the year, and I will see you on the other side of motherhood!
