Teresa and team wish you all thank you and good blessings for the future with Glenview hair and beauty no longer around.

Both Teresa and staff all moved on from the salon and the lease ran out so the decision was made to close the doors for good

Teresa owner for over 15 years in Glenview area shops and her home the place will always hold space for me the community the support inside and outside by our favorite clients always sending us friends and family it will all be missed

Officially our last day open ever

is closing the doors for the last time
Teresa's family health and workload has become too much to handle long term
With no offers worth accepting for the sale she has handed the lease back to the landlord

Our last day for services with the team will be Saturday 31st January
These appointments in January will go fast due to current clients pre booking after Xmas

The first 2weeks in February she will be removing all her salon equipment and fittings so will not be working in a salon during February

Your Day-to-Day at Glenview:
As our key individual, you'll be the face and driving force of Glenview Hair and Beauty. Your responsibilities will include:
Exceptional Styling: Delivering a full range of high-quality hair services (cuts, colours, treatments, styling) to our valued clients, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Client Management: Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, managing appointments, ensuring their comfort, and providing an unparalleled salon experience.
Salon Operations: Overseeing all daily salon activities, including opening and closing, maintaining a pristine and inviting environment, and managing scheduling.
Local Marketing: Contributing ideas and implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain our loyal base within the Glenview community.
Quality Control: Ensuring all salon standards for hygiene, safety, and service quality are consistently met.

Who We're Looking For:
You're a proactive, self-motivated individual who excels both creatively and operationally.
Proven Senior Styling Experience: A significant portfolio demonstrating expertise in a wide range of hair services.
Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Strong Organisational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independentl
Independence & Reliability: You're trustworthy, dependable, and comfortable working autonomously.
A Positive Attitude: Someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for the beauty industry every day.

Relevant New Zealand qualifications (e.g., NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Hairdressing) and a current practicing license.

Supportive Environment: While autonomous, you'll have the full support of Glenview's ownership.
