JACOB | TRAINED BARBER

Jake has been with us for over a year now but we thought we would introduce our legend on here.

WHAT HE SAYS:
I love barbering because it gives me a purpose and I love to help others any where i can so making them look sharper is something I can give back!

Something you don’t know about jake is he is a perfectionist to the max! Everything has its place, every step has its process!

He chose to work with us due to the opportunity given, room for expentietnial growth, clean and a tidy well presented store with a high end vibe in the industry brining a positive culture to the store both for staff and clients.

WHAT WE SAY:
Jake was like finding a needle in a hay stack! When Jacob asked for an interview, we brought him in and were instantly wowed by his ability and could tell this guy was the right fit for us….although he was nervous, the guy is 10 x better than he thinks.

Professional with our clients, an artist on the scissors and clippers and we couldn’t be more pumped to have this man on our team!

Fun fact, our owner wears two hats! Barbershop owner & High Performance BMX coach.

He is currently in Holland (just flown in from Turkey) for rounds 1-4 of the BMX World Cup season with his athletes from New Zealand.

Athletes? Yes he also coaches high performance BMX athletes on their quest to become world champions and Olympic medalists. 4.5 weeks in Europe and then he’ll be back in the land of the long white cloud getting BMXers ready for the BMX world championships and continuing on the quest to building world class barbers and services in the Waikato
