May 2025 be a blessed year for all my clients existing and new.

Just want to get to some housekeeping for the year of 2025.
It is a long read, but please take the time to do so.

The salon will be operating normal hours as from today.
BUSINESS HOURS
Monday: 9am - 5pm
Tuesday: 9am - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
Thursday: 9am - 6:30pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 2pm
(2 Saturdays a month)
Sunday CLOSED

These hours above will also be the times that you'd be able to reach me by phone.
It is however easier to text/whatsapp me instead of calling as I unfortunately cannot answer calls while busy with clients, it does have the tendency to delay services🙃

BOOKINGS
I do not have my bookings button via Facebook activated ladies, as I use Timely only.
Please either text/whatsapp for an appointment or you can follow the link below to make your bookings.

***Please note***
The booking system has assigned times per service to how long I know the service will take, therefor if you need a 1½hours appointment i.e 'Gel Manicure & Freehand nail art, the system will only give you the times available where that 1 ½hour will fit into.
Please do not then remove the 'Freehand nail art' to fit the appointment. As we will then not be able to do nail art, but only have time to do a plain colour 'Gel Manicure'

SERVICES
When booking a service, please make sure that its correct(all descriptions are available with each service on the booking system, please read it if you are not sure) still not sure what to select, please let me know so I can guide you through as times are limited and crucial so it doesn't overlap the next client thats booked.

NAIL ART
Ladies this is most important to remember please!!!
I need to know if you would like a french or spesific design when you make your booking so that we can add enough time for your design/art/french etc.
*French takes longer than plain colours
*Spesific designs all have different needs depending on skill/time/technique etc
*Loose glitters require extra product and takes extra time
If you haven't sent through your design so I can make sure regarding times needed for your appointment, I can only do what the time allows me to do in order to not go into another clients booking time.

PRODUCTS
I use Rubberbase/Builder Gel from the top proffesional supplier in New Zealand which is as strong as acrylic but much healthier for your natural nails.
It doesn't need regular soaking and therefor helps your natural nails to grow.
***I no longer work with or use acrylics***
*I do not use 'cut out tips', I use 'non cut out tips' which means, your tip adhesion will not be just the tip of your natural nail and will therefor be stronger and long lasting.(Yes, it will be blended in to look all natural as well)

Ladies, once you have sent through a design, you cannot change the design once you get to your appointment please. As the times might differ of what you want to change to.(unless the changes will take less time)

PRODUCTS FROM OTHER SALONS
It is protocol that one salon does not continue services on other salons work.
Reason:
We have different products, different skill sets, different technique, different end results.
Therefor, we have to soak off any products from previous salons before I can work with my products on your nails.

Lastly, as you all know, I do specialise in Freehand Nail Art, over the past 23 years I have had rediculous, challenging but fun freehand art designs I had to do, which I love and appreciate all the trust you have in me for doing this.
However, I am a nail tech that gives credit where it's due and so I will give credit to every nail technician that do a French Ombre with gel perfectly!....As for me...I am not that nail artist 🥴😅
After 23 years of experience, I will gladly paint a cow, giraffe, sugarbird, gnomes, penguins,elephants etc.
But I regret to inform you, I DO NOT do French Ombre designs😵‍💫 It is not helping my OCD, therefor you wont find it on my service list....one day ladies, one day🤞🏻🤪
