Saturday’s beautiful bride Deane - we did a half up waterfall braid, with soft waves, some height and texture thru the front to keep the hair off her face. Such a beautiful classic look, while still being relaxed! 🤍

Something to think about when choosing a hairstyle for your wedding is the colour and texture or your hair. Find inspo pics with hair similar to your own. Blonde hair shows a lot more detail and texture, e.g twists & braids etc. Darker hair tends to look better smooth, with gloss and shine. You often lose the detail if your hair is one colour. For brunettes, if you’re wanting up updo with texture, it’s worth adding some highlights to your colour leading up to the wedding.

Just a little update for all my lovely client. I welcomed this gorgeous wee girl, Nellie Carter, to the world on Saturday morning at 7.29am via emergency C-section after a long night, weighing 7lb9. She made a grand entrance, 8 days late and screaming at the top of her lungs! We are doing great, and enjoying our little lock down bubble 💕🌸

Thank you so much to all my amazing clients, especially those who I had to change or cancel over the last couple of weeks, I appreciate your understanding and patience. I am off now for 6 months, I won’t be taking any wedding bookings for the 22/23 season until the end of this year. I will keep you all posted when I open my books up again. If anyone is wanting to purchase product I will keep my online store updated thru my website. I will miss you all heaps, but can’t wait to see you again next year in the new studio!
