I usually start my day with a protein breakfast or porridge.

And it got me wondering which one are you?

A couple of weeks ago I was in Melbourne visiting my daughter Siobhan and I was lucky enough to catch up with two great industry friends and have a facial with each of them.
They are both masters of their craft.
Both passionate business owners and therapists.

I remember how hard the school holidays were. It was a juggle to work and find childcare, to take time off to treat the kids even when you are running on empty.

Let's be honest. The school holidays are a lot.

There's the "I'm bored" at 8am. The snack requests every 20 minutes. The sibling arguments. The juggling act of childcare and full time work. The Nanas and Grandmas who have absolutely stepped up and deserve a medal.
