Reflexology for pain and stress reduction 🦶🦵
Surgery is a trauma to the nervous system.
Reflexology activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which lowers cortisol and helps the body move out of " fight or flight" mode into " HEAL AND REPAIR" mode.

The Hidden Power of Your Feet | How to Use Each Step to Attract Energy from the Earth 19/07/2025

The Hidden Power of Your Feet | How to Use Each Step to Attract Energy from the Earth 🌍 Walking barefoot is much more than a forgotten ancestral custom; it's a sacred practice that connects your body, your soul, and the living energy of the E...

The stories of past, present, and prophecy are alive and breathing.

Held within the Earth’s soils, waters, animals, and plants are the living tales of nature’s timeline—of humanity’s origins.

And we are all of this Earth. We are all alive during a pivotal moment in human history. One where nature is crying out to us to remember. To remember who we are, not just in our roles, but in our essence.

Engaging with the Earth’s elements is how we remember ourselves. It is how we reveal the old, old imprints that have lived on within bodily memory.

Where I have felt most at home—where I have known myself to be deeply interconnected to the whole of the planet, is in spaces where the relationship to Earth has not been lost, but preserved as a beacon for a dimming world.

In remembering our indigenous ways, we evoke our own humanity once more. We understand what it means to interact with the Earth in a reciprocal way. We know the importance of showing up for one another as nature does for us. We, without doubt, know that we do belong here at this turning-point of planetary history, and are capable of creating great change amidst tragedy.

And the element of fire can help us find our way back to this narrative. The rhythm of a flame dancing, the red light in our vision and on our skin, the warmth it provides—all regenerative qualities to our physiology and mental state.

Before the comforts of modern day, we had fire to gather in community, to cook our meals, to warm our bodies. When we gaze into fire, we are witness to a doorway into the past and future all within the present moment.

The memory of our indigenous origins is quite literally alive within our biology’s engagement with fire itself.

In this time of great intensity, may we not only remember the purpose of human fire that exists within us, but engage with the fire that surrounds us to release the regenerative capabilities of our own biology so we may rebirth people and planet into a restoration we cannot even fathom.
