And it's a wrap!

The WPU-Health Services Team has completed the training on Emergency First Aid Care and Basic Life Support for Health Providers on December 12-13, 2025 held at WPU-Finnigan Hall.

The training aimed to equip each staff with essential life-saving skills .Because every second matters, whether saving a life or providing first aid.

Through this training the WPU-Health Services Office has shown its commitment to provide quality healthcare service, bridging the gap during emergencies.

Special thanks to the instructors of Philippine Red Cross-Palawan Chapter for the excellent learning sessions.

Together, we continue to build a healthier WPU community!

The WPU-Health Services Office in partnership with the WPU-Office of Gender and Development conducted Teenage Pregnancy Awareness Symposium last December 5,2025 at WPU Gymnasium.

The objective of this initiative is to raise awareness and educate young learners about the growing concerns of teenage pregnancy empowering them with knowledge and values to make informed and responsible decisions.

Special thanks to the dedicated facilitators, key speakers,teachers,and guests who took part to make this event a success.

Together, we equip our youths at an early age with values such as self respect, self-awareness and accountability-building a wise decision-making as they grow older.
