Steps:
1. Begin by pouring 50 mL of water in a circular pour.
Allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
2. At the 30-second mark, pour 100 mL of water in a circular pour. Wait until 01.20.
3. Finish with a final 90 mL slow circular pour followed with centre pour. Aim for a total brew time between 02.30 and 03.00.
4. Give your carafe a good swirl, and enjoy!
