• Slimshots are intended to be our guide, train our mind and body to do the ideal & proper diet

• Not all body are the same. Metabolism varies from person to person. If you are active & sporty then mas dali imong pagloose og weight. If sige rakag lingkod no exercise at all then expect late improvement on your weight.

• Ayaw e-asa tanan sa slimshot, it's not a miracle solution that happens overnight. Do your part, lihok or galaw-galaw to activate & boost metabolism for faster weightloss

• Do a proper & balance diet

• PCOS clients may expect slower weightloss due to its hormonal imbalance & different body metabolism

• Don't matter on numbers on the weighing scale. Digital weighing scale is typically not acurate. We have this called fat redistribution that may result in converting fats into muscles. Which is mas bug-at atong muscles kaysa fats that's why maka-ingon kag same ra imong timbang. Mas prefer to look at your body shape for changes then mga clothes na huot/dili nimo masulod before karon masakto na & that's real improvement!
