It is really hard for me to lose weight. Una, magana talaga ako kumain. Kanin is life, bread is life. 🤣🤣 Though, andami dami ko ng natry - lowcarb diet, GM diet at kng ano ano pang mga herbal na pampapayat natry ko na. Sa una, mejo nababawasan ng mga paisa isang kilo pero kapag napasarap na uli sa buffet balik lobo na ulit. I was devastated looking at the mirror tlga sa nilaki ng katawan ko. Even my self-esteem got affected kase sobrang lumobo ako. Got no time to go gym na rin kase. So, eto na nga when I tried the Vibrant Coffee, soobrang na amaze ako sa experience. I am a legit coffee lover eversince. Kahit acidic ako kape pa din. So when I started drinking it, ang bilis ko nabawasan ng timbang kase im taking the coffee 3x a day before meals. Kakain ako pero konting subo lang feeling ko sobrang full na ako. At ang maganda pa, dina bumalik ung acid reflux ko kahit maka ilang cups pa ko ng Vibrant coffee. Oh dba bongga!

From 75kg down to 60kg na ko ngayon. And im really happy with the result. 🥰 Even without exercise, im still losing weight! I just switched to a healthier coffee, no more cravings, no more overeating talaga. It really helped me suppress my appetite!

Restricted eating always leads to overeating.

This is no diet and no exercise po. I will start hitting the gym to take selfies oh i mean to work out haha to gain muscle weight. I am underweight now. My weight range as per flight attendant standard should be 52-60kgs.

VIBRANT COFFEE JOURNEY

A lot of my friends asked me how I lose my weight and now na maintain na kahit kain lang ng kain 😂 Well, I decided to try this 11in1 coffee!

To start with, I used to have 60kg then nag down to 54kg by normal lang na diet. It took me 1 year and half to get rid sa 6 kg 😂 So sa mga nakakilala sakin since dati pa, you know that 😊
But, it's been 2 months palang since I used this coffee but 49kg nalang ako now 😍🥰 Imagine, 5kg for 2 months? Well it's legit!

EFFECT SA PAG GAMIT KO?

1. Laging masarap tulog ko at lage talaga ako may panaginip. So if may panaginip ka meaning; you are in your deep sleep. May insomnia talaga ako na will turns out pa to anxiety coz lage nag ooverthink. Pero since I used this, nakakatulog na ako agad. Napanaginipan ko na ngang jowa ko na si Lee Min Hoo 🤣

2. No need to diet or mag pigil sa kain coz kusa siyang mag co-control sa appetite mo. Di ka masyadong nag ce-crave at parang lagi kang busog. So, pag meal time kunti lang talaga makakain mo kahit masarap ang ulam!

3. This coffee has collagen so maybe isa siya sa rason bakit lage masarap tulog ko. Yung pawis ko hindi talaga mabaho kahit di ako maligo lalo na naka work from home ako ngayon hahaha.

4. The taste is too good 🤤 Masarap lang mag kape lage coz I'm one of the coffee lover out there! No palpitation 🤎 Pero pinipigilan ko lang kase 7 sachets lang sa isang box 🤣 But worth the price 🥰😍

Ilang buwan din ako nawalan ng lipad. Puro lang ako netflix and halos laging unhealthy food lang kinakain ko. Until nabored na ko at nagstart magworkout. Kaso, kahit anong workout ko, feeling ko di rin ako pumapayat. Dahil din siguro sa dahilang as we age, bumabagal ang metabolism natin. Until one day, naintroduce sakin ang vibrant coffee. july 1 nagmember sa Vibrant Wellness Trading Corporation pero hndi pa agad nakatikim ng vibrant coffee August 12 first tikim nakikiZip lang haha never ako uminom ng 1 sachet sa isang lagukan hindi naman ako nagpapapayat yun lagi ko sabi 😅 so ito na nga...

Hindi mahirap sakin magpapayat honestly hindi naman talaga ako nagpapayat kase alam naman ng mga kakilala ko na payat na tlaga ako pero besh payat pero naiiwan ang chan in short madaming tummy rolls hindi naman maiiwasan since I'm a mom of 2.

But look at the after picture hindi ko inaasahan may pa-Abs na din c Vibrant coffee since ang inom ko naman ay sa isang sachet ng vibrant 3x use siya 😅again kase hindi nga naman ako nagpapapayat gusto ko kase yong araw-araw ako nagbabawas di gaya dati na lagi ako constipated "yes tama po si Vibrant coffee naregulate niya ang bowel movement ko😃.
