PURPOSE: To facilitate the installation of load break switch, OHGW and termination of 69kV line of San Manuel to Binalonan transmission line segment.

AFFECTED AREAS:
BINALONAN - Brgys. Capas, Mangkasuy, Pasileng Norte, Pasileng Sur, Poblacion, San Felipe Central, San Felipe Sur, part of Sta. Maria Norte and Sto. Niño
SAN MANUEL - Entire Municipality except Brgys. San Juan and San Vicente (Sitio An-anonas, Bato and Pao)
