April 2024 changed my life forever.
I was diagnosed with cancer.

No words can fully explain the fear, the pain, and the uncertainty that came with it. There were days I felt weak, exhausted, and emotionally drained. But one thing I promised myself was this… I will fight for my health, for my family, and for the life God still wants me to live.

My healing journey taught me that health is not something we should take for granted. Alongside my treatments, I became intentional with how I cared for my body. I started eating better, sleeping properly, protecting my peace, and nourishing myself from the inside.

And one of the things that truly helped me during my recovery journey was Intra. It became part of my daily routine and helped me feel alive again — stronger, more energized, and more hopeful each day.
