We all have different dreams and expectations for ourselves but there are times when we look at others and what they have and try to mimic it to make it ours. More often than not it’s a disappointment and doesn’t look as good or live up to the expectation. That’s because it’s not ours, it’s not us, it’s part of someone else’s life and doesn’t fit into our own. It’s great to admire what others have or what they can do but it’s equally great to understand that we all have our own individual qualities. It’s these qualities that we need to look at and understand because we could probably utilize them so much more than we do. Everything we have has a story and a history behind it that can’t be copied or taken from someone else’s life. It’s what and who we are so it’s important to own it and be proud of it. Don’t look at others and think they have more, Look at yourself and what you have, regardless of how big or small it may seem in comparison. Be proud of yourself, your family and your life because only you can live it and make it your own. You are an amazing, precious individual - own it!
