BKB-CCSASHS President and DFBKB President of the Division of Cauayan City, 𝗔𝗵𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗼 𝗖. 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼, proudly took part in the 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 held in the City of Ilagan from May 4–6, 2026.

The convergence gathered learner-leaders across the region for meaningful discussions, parliamentary deliberations, and resolution crafting centered on 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and empowered student leadership.
