Update on our Skin Fix Defense Set ✨

Production is in progress at this stage. We carefully planned everything from formulation to packaging—packaging can directly affect finished product stability because of interactions which can occur between the product, the package, and the external environment.

We specifically chose tubes instead of jars for our sunblock cream. Why? (Some people were asking why so..)

There are two potential problems with jars:
• Oxidation of the ingredients
• Bacterial contamination

Jars encourage faster oxidation because they expose the formula to air and light with every use (mao sad ni reason ngano ma change ang color sa creams). As per chemist, this can lessen an ingredient's potency.

Jars are also very unhygienic. Every time you dip your fingers into the jar, you contaminate the formula (yes, even if you wash your hands first or use the “special” spatula that comes with some jar-packaged products). It’s simply impossible to keep the tools and your hands completely clean.

We made sure everything’s been taken care of. Legal papers are also now in process. 🥰
