Nag-message siya sakin asking if normal lang ba sa GOLD WONDERS SET yong na-experience nya na parang nasusunog face nya at parang nagkaroon siya ng melasma. As a brand owner, responsibility ko talaga ang mag-assist sa concern nya. Kaya 1st na ginawa ko is to ASSESS.. Importante po ang i-ASSESS muna yong case before jumping to conclusions dahil hindi naman talaga natin alam kung ano talaga ginagawa nilang routine kung bakit humantong sa ganong sitwasyon..

First thing to do, ASSESS mo muna yong client if may ginamit ba syang products prior sa ginamit nya ngayon o baka nagbibilad siya sa araw at di siya gumamit ng Sunscreen

Second, alamin nyo kung during sa paglalagay ng sabon sa mukha nira-rub ba nya yong mukha? O kaya kung maglalagay sila ng toner, intense ba talaga yong pagnusnus nila sa face?

Dahil dito namin nalaman na kaya pala namumula o parang nasusunog yong part ng face nya dahil din sa matinding pagnusnus ng cotton sa face nya during application sa toner. Kaya I advised her na be gentle talaga sa skin. Isa yan sa factors kung bakit nai-irritate yong skin natin dahil din naman sa ginagawa natin. Kaya I advised her to CONTINUE the GOLD WONDERS (24K GOLD SET) at be gentle na po sa pag-apply ng toner.

Ito din mga tips na DAPAT nyong tandaan:

❗️Kapag may initial reactions po kayong na-experience like nagkaka-breakouts ka using the products, wag muna mag-stop! CONTINUE using the product. Madaming factors po kung bakit nagkaka-breakouts ka.
- May dumi/microorganisms sa ilalim ng skin mo na tinutulungang ilabas ng product kaya may tendency na nagkaka-breakouts ka
- Nag-adjust pa ang skin mo sa bagong product na gamit mo

❗️ sa PAMUMULA naman, wag kang harsh sa skin mo. Wag i-rub ng todo ang cotton sa skin. Be gentle naman po.
❗️ Dapat iintroduce nyo muna ang product sa skin nyo para naman hindi ito mabibigla. CONTINUE mo lang kahit may mga initial reactions hanggang sa makilala na nya yong mga ingredients at maka-adapt na skin nyo sa product
❗️If bagohan lang sa product, wag i-leave yong soap sa skin. Rinse nyo lang agad. Pero sa 24K GOLD SET natin, Facial Cleanser naman siya so medyo mild lang to
❗️Pag naglalagay naman ng TONER, wag i-rub ng todo sa skin. Dapat naka-upward stroke lang para di din mag-sag yong skin nyo
❗️Kung bagohan pa sa product, HUWAG din todo lagay ng NIGHT CREAM. Sakto lang na ma-spread sa skin. Pag todo lagay ng cream, tendency is namumula skin nyo ng sobra
❗️DO NOT FORGET na maglagay ng GOLD WONDERS SUNBLOCK SERUM

Oh sya! Wag mag-worry ha. PART yan ng HEALING PROCESS. Just TRUST THE PROCESS lang talaga. Tiis ganda talaga magpaganda!
