Attention: Calling all young/aspiring designers. There will be a contest billed as "DESIGNERS DISCOVERY" organized by 89.9 Smooth FM Cebu. This is open to all school-based designers who are high-school/college level. No out-of-school and professional designers allowed, maximum of 3 contestants per school can join. The designer can submit as many sketches but only one design will pass the selection/screening process with the theme "TRIBAL ETHNIC". He/She can have a formal or casual for as long as it is conservative. The designer can use tribal/indigenous materials such as bamboo and etc. No catholic symbols/icons will be used such as rosary, crucifix and etc. Registration fee per designer is P500.00. There will be prizes at stake for the Top 3 Winners, and a consolation prize of P1,000.00 for non-winners. Finalist will be chosen to showcase their designs. Deadline for Submission of entries is on Feb.18, 2013 and contest proper will be on March.15, 2013.
