her formal training in hairdressing in 2010 at the Tamaris Hairdressing & Beauty School (http://www.tamaris.com.sg) in Singapore in 2010 under the guidance of Jennifer Tan. When Bella returned to Cebu in mid 2013 she graduated at ALS and then soon after at the VIV Caregiver School in MInglanilla, before joining the Salon de Rose Institute. She began her practical experience in her home Salon from July 2014 which was a major success, and she then moved on to become a partner at a small Salon in Pardo, consolidating this practical experience. This gave her the experience and confidence to buy an ailing Salon in Basak, Mambaling and refurbish and rebrand to a significantly higher standard. This new Salon was re-opened on 3 January 2015, as the Bella Ruby Santos Beauty House, and has been a runaway success. Bella opened a second branch in September 2015, in central Cebu City at Ramos, with brand new equipment, fittings & furniture, and in July 2016 sold her original Salon in Basak to enable her to focus 100% on her clients at Ramos.
