Please be informed that FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of CHRYSALIS SPA worth ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 170,000.00) is NOT FOR SALE by its owner based on an AGREEMENT dated AUGUST 2, 2013. Only FORTY PERCENT (40%) of the business may be sold immediately due to the fact that the TEN PERCENT (10%) of the other co-owner's share has bee pawned to the owner of the afore-cited 50% share holder/co-owner. Any sale or attempt to sell or buy (retroactively) without the authorization of the said owner shall be dealt with accordingly.
